It draws on the expertise in architecture and construction project management from both institutions to create a programme providing a unique overview and insight into design and management of construction projects. It has been designed for those who have a construction project background and who wish to learn more about design aspects, or those who have a design background and who wish to gain an understanding of project management. The aim of this programme is to offer graduates working in the construction industry the opportunity to develop project-management skills in the context of large-scale contemporary architectural projects. The programme is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
