Course Overview
An " integrated perspective" that merges the views of management and engineering communities is increasingly recognized as one of the cornerstones of a successful approach to enterprise complexity and is a key aspect of the AESE program. Led by faculty from UCSD Jacobs School of Engineering and UCSD Rady School of Management, the graduate-level curriculum which is managed by these departments along with the UCSD Department of Computer Science and Engineering, will guide professionals to respond and adapt to their enterprise in timely, innovative, and effective manners. The program will address the challenges and issues that arise within an enterprise in attempting to develop and evolve the Enterprise Knowledge System (EKS) that must support the process implied in the preceding discussion.
