The Masters in E-Business and Innovation (EBIN) is a unique multidisciplinary programme that gives ambitious graduates the skills and knowledge needed to maximise the potential of internet, digital and multimedia technologies to shape innovation in business. Providing an equal measure of business and technology, this MSc gives you a holistic understanding of both areas and the programme modules cover a wide range of topics - including business planning, finance, entrepreneurship, e-marketing, supply chain management, internet technologies, IT architecture, advanced networking and system security.
The programme is run jointly by Lancaster University Management School and the University's School of Computing and Communications, both internationally recognised as centres of excellence. It also draws on expertise from the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development, and Infolab21, the University-s research, development and business centre for ICT. Key features: Theory and practice are tightly integrated throughout the programme, giving you: Practice-oriented teaching, with real-world case studies and regular guest lectures by entrepreneurs, managers and developers: Learning direct from IBM specialists through our special teaching partnership with IBMA ten-week company-based consultancy project, where you tackle a live issue for a real client Integrated personal and professional development to build your leadership and team working skills
