The energy transition is associated with many challenges such as an increase in efficiency of energy conversion systems based on renewable energies and their integration into future energy systems, requiring e.g. the development of capable energy storage systems and an intelligent demand side management. The Master Degree in Energy Engineering and Management (Part-time) from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) covers all these aspects providing the skills to successfully face the challenges. In the Master Program Energy Engineering & Management one of the Management Modules is held in Barcelona at the ESADE Business School. The content of the Master Program is divided into 10 modules: 5 Engineering Modules addressing technological topics and 5 Management Modules providing general leadership know-how. Providing a climate neutral, sustainable and affordable energy supply is one of the crucial tasks of our time. To master the manifold challenges of an energy revolution there is a need of highly qualified professionals who are willing to shape the future of energy supply.
