The online Master of Science in Human Environmental Sciences with a specialization in Restaurant and Hospitality Management from The University of Alabama is a 30-hour program offering a flexible curriculum. By taking two courses a semester, you may finish in as little as two years while continuing to work full-time. In this program, your coursework will build on your undergraduate major by providing specific courses in research methods and classes directly related to a management vocation in restaurants, hotels or meeting management facilities.
