Course Overview

The MBL-FU is a postgraduate master programme in English offered since winter term 2010/2011 by the Institute of German and European Business, Competition and Regulatory Law at the Department of Law at Freie Universitat Berlin. It focusses on international and European business and competition law as well as on energy and telecommunication law and is conducted by international high-ranking practitioners and academics. The MBL-FU is one of the very few postgraduate programmes in Germany that consistently implements a blended-learning-concept combining traditional study methods with e-learning segments. The course is intended to give lawyers and economists with a strong interest in the field of economic law the opportunity to gain in-depth, specialist knowledge in the areas of international and European competition and regulatory law. Lawyers and economists who are already practicing competition and regulatory law in businesses, law firms or public authorities will have the chance to significantly deepen their knowledge and skills.
