Course Overview
The Division of Basic Medical Sciences at the Mercer University School of Medicine-Macon Campus provides instruction in the M. D. Program, the one-year Master of Science in Preclinical Sciences Program and two-year, research thesis-based Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences Program. Classroom instruction in the first year of the Biomedical Sciences Program is provided at the Macon Campus, after which students have the option of working under the direction of participating research faculty in either the Division of Biomedical Sciences in Macon or the Department of Biomedical Sciences at the Savannah Campus. Academic and research facilities on both campuses are fully available to Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences students throughout the course of their studies.
