Coaching, simply defined, is helping an individual to unlock their personal potential. Coaching is prevalent in several fields including business, sports, social work or personal development. A Master’s in Coaching allows students to gain the knowledge and practical skills needed to operate as an independent, internal or external coach in a professional and confident manner; whilst enabling them to develop their own coaching identity and approach. Graduates from a Coaching Master’s degree go on to careers in coaching, psychology, human resources and business.
