Robotics is an interdisciplinary branch of engineering that deals with the design, construction, operation and application of robots. It involves mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, computer science and others. A Master’s in Robotics teaches students to work in teams to accomplish the many tasks necessary to build and operate an autonomous system, including mechanical design, electronics, programming and integration. Graduates gain experience of designing robotic devices to provide smart engineering solutions. Students graduate the program as independent researchers and engineers, and many will go on to become leaders in robotics research, academia, industry and government.
